Your input helped us to make better recommendations.

Comments also can be sent to the Commission at moadrcommn@gmail.com.  Answers to frequently asked questions and other summaries will be periodically posted here.  The Commission hosted a Sunrise CLE at The Missouri Bar’s Annual Meeting in Columbia Missouri, presented in Kansas City on October 22, 2010 at the annual meeting of the Association of Missouri Mediators, and also presented at Washington University School of Law on October 29, 2010.  Information and requests for comment have been provided through various publications, including the Missouri Bar’s ESQ and Precedent, and Missouri Lawyer’s Weekly.  The Commission will next meet on December 3, 2010 in Columbia, Missouri.  We have received a number of comments and look forward to receiving yours.
